- 乘坐经济舱客位，每人可享有一件23公斤* 免费托运行李限额。
- 对于长途航线，乘坐豪华经济舱客位，每人可享有两件23公斤* 免费托运行李限额。
- 对于长途航线，乘坐豪华公务舱客位，每人可享有三件23公斤* 免费托运行李限额。
如果你是Gold Elite, Gold或Koru会员，将可享有额外一件托运行李（总额最多每人三件23公斤行李）。
*如乘客购买短途航班"只提供座位"机票（于8月18日或以后出发），将不会享有免费托运行李限额，但乘客可以在机场办理付费托运行李。
额外托运行李收费标准
对于额外的托运行李的收费视乎航线的不同，具体收费标准如下：

如机票于2010年5月25日或之前订购，乘客享有原有的托运行李限额。如机票于2010年5月26日或之后订购，乘客将享有新的托运行李限额。
From 26/05/2010 Air New Zealand’s checked baggage allowances for travel on Air New Zealand Domestic & International flights will move to a piece system, standardising the approach and creating a consistent policy for all our customers across the entire Air New Zealand network. Below is an updated summary of the changes taking place!
Checked baggage allowances will change to 3 pieces (Business), 2 pieces (Premium Economy), 1 piece (Economy). The maximum weight per piece will be standardised at 23kgs across the network in all classes.
Excess baggage charges
Excess baggage charges are now standardised by route. Outlined in the table are example charges for customers who wish to travel with additional bags.
